Here I go, It's a New Year and yet again my resolution is to eat healthier. Being a Mother of 3 children (ages 4, 2 and 1) makes it hard for me to stick to any diet plan. It is so easy to just have chicken nuggets with them for lunch instead of making myself a salad. This year I need to stick to my resolution. I thought by starting a blog where I can post what I am eating everyday will help me to stay with it, since I will see it on in writing. Wish me Luck!
